Three off the Bucket List of Riding ! The Best for last !

The forth day entailed riding along the west side of the Grand Tetons and north thru Yellowstone once again on the west side exiting thru the North gate by Mammoth Springs and then off to Butte Montana .
Unfortunately we were detained in Jackson for a moment on Thursday for a maintenance issue with one of our groups bikes. There fore pictures of Yellow stone were limited on this day with the late start and the amount of construction on the north end of the park added another 3 hours to our day.

So a long day got even longer , lessen learned. A return trip to the north side of Yellowstone will be in order to check out the things we missed on this trip.

The fifth day involved a short journey From Butte to Whitefish.

Nice ride ,Bison National Range North of Missoula Montana to the fruit orchards on the east side of Flat Head lake. Stop in grand Fork for a snack and ice cream.

Off to Whitefish for some rest and relaxation for our trip to Logan pass on Friday.

Final day was the ultimate day with the luck of weather and traffic on our side once again. Thru Glacial Park up the "Into the Sun Road " up Logan pass and out thru St Mary's Montana. Opening day June 19th. Specular scenery and the ultimate of rides.

Guess they don't want to loose this old goat ?

Here is another old goat

That concludes a outstanding adventure thru most of Montana and a little of Wyoming. I have to say I met nothing but warm wonderful people thru this adventure and the spectacular views blew our minds. Remarkable in scope and distance. Next time we will have to take in the sights that we missed . The FJR never hesitated in giving performance, not burning an once of oil. From 140 kmh on interstate 90 to the technical apexes on the Bear Tooth the  old cruise missile performed.
Thanks for tuning in and checking out the sights.
