Welcome to Canadian FJR Pilot.

I'll be posting all things related to my favorite summer hobby. Riding my '04' Yamaha FJR 1300 . Touring with friends around Western Canada and the US of A. I'll post all related trips and the adventure we take . I've been riding off and on for over 30 years and had the luxury of living in great places to tour. Eastern Canada , Europe and now Western Canada. I got back into riding back in 2011 and purchased a '04' FJR with less than 8000 km. I have to say after 3 seasons riding this bike I grow more fond of her every time I climb aboard. As the Season of 2015 starts , some epic rides are in store for this coming season. The Interior of BC and Bear Tooth pass in UT are the talk amongst my group. To get this blog started I'll post some previous rides last year . This just a snapshot of our wonderful background to ride around in Alberta.
